Family Assessment
Once you submit your family application, The Nanny Project will reach out to schedule a 1-hour call to review your application, talk about your children, and find out exactly what you are looking for in a nanny.

Review Applicants
Next, we will spend the next 2 - 3 weeks reviewing nanny applications we can find the perfect match.

Top Candidates
After screening all applicants, we will send you the top candidate profiles. Profiles will include candidate experience, skills, reference check reviews, and more.

Interviews
Once you have reviewed candidate profiles, families will choose their top candidates to interview. The Nanny Project will schedule and set up virtual interviews between families and nannies. Not sure what questions to ask? No problem, we've got you covered. The Nanny Project will provide families with a list of interview questions to use if they choose.

Make an Offer
After you've found your perfect match, The Nanny Project will work with families and nannies to create a customized Nanny/Family Work Agreement. The Agreement includes information like, pay rate, hours, time off and more. The Nanny Project will also complete the nanny's background check before start date.
